Bolo is a Labrador Retriever mix. He was surrendered by his owner because their landlord would not allow him to stay. Bolo likes people. He prefers to be outside laying in the sun.
Bolo is a Death Row Dog, graduate of a prison training program at the Green River Correctional Complex, in Central City, KY. Each dog lives in a cells with two trainers. This is a 12-week intense training program that is designed for the dog's unique behavior needs as well as basic obedience, house training, crate training, and of course, tricks. Bolo passed the Canine Good Citizen test prior to graduation. DRD dogs are very popular, be sure to apply early if you are interested in adopting.

All our dogs are heartworm negative, spay/neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas and ticks, dewormed and treated for earmites before they are placed in a home.
